CCW Congress Fair Berlin 2024

This year, we again had the honor of participating in the renowned CCW Congress Fair in Berlin – the leading industry event for customer service, communication, and call center solutions.

The fair was a true source of inspiration for us. It provided numerous insights into the latest industry trends – from innovative technology and AI-powered communication to exciting impulses around employee management, customer retention, and process optimization.

We had the opportunity to make new connections, develop partnerships, and engage with other companies from across Europe. We are particularly proud that our CEO was able to give a talk at the “Speakers’ Forum” on nearshoring in the call center sector – a topic gaining increasing importance with the growing demand for flexibility and quality.

In his presentation, he practically explained why nearshore solutions are not only cost-effective for many companies today but also a strategically smart decision – especially in the German-speaking market. The combination of cultural proximity, high language proficiency, and professional standards makes nearshoring an attractive option for companies of all sizes.

Our conclusion:
The CCW 2024 was an enriching experience for our team – both professionally and personally. We returned with many new ideas and look forward to implementing some of them soon.
