We are now a member of the Call Center Association Germany (CCV)

How did we discover CCV?
Through personal connections, invitations, and internal insights, we got to know the Call Center Association Germany – and we instantly knew: this is the right network for us.
Why are we engaging with the association?
In addition to our headquarters in Germany, we operate two more EU locations in Greece (Kavala and Iasmos) with a total of 30 employees (FTE). Our goal is not only to provide excellent customer service, but also to be an active part of the German-speaking call center community.
We are committed to the CCV statutes and code of conduct, and want to demonstrate that a contact center based abroad can be just as innovative, reliable, and quality-driven – providing real value for companies in the DACH region.
What do we expect from our involvement?
Open and fast exchange on industry-specific topics, fresh impulses, and of course building valuable connections with colleagues and partners in the call center industry.
